We are pleased to be running a full day of care during the upcoming Pupil Free Days on the 10th and the 11th of June. Each session runs from 7:00am - 6:00pm at a cost of $64.00 (before the Child Care Subsidy is applied).

How to book: Please log in to your account online at www.oshclub.com.au and book in under the Pupil Free Day Room.

Online booking close 5 days in advance of a Pupil Free Day session commencing. If you cannot book online, please phone us directly on 0427144945. A $4 late fee will apply for bookings made within 5 days of a session commencing.
7 days’ notice is required for cancellation of the Pupil Free Day, to ensure you will not incur out of pocket costs.
Please note, all regular Before and After School Care bookings have been removed for those days.

Doing and Making at OSHClub

We have been busy making clay creatures to include in the art show. Last week, we ran a mini workshop on how to make a clay octopus. Children followed step-by-step instructions and learned some new clay modelling techniques that they could then apply to their own creations. Everyone is really excited to have their amazing work on show!

Children have been exploring colour and pattern by colouring-in these striking velvet art mandalas. Not only are they amazing to look at, but we discovered that they create some really interesting effects and colour blending when they are turned into spinning tops!

On Friday we made Honey Joys. Children worked collaboratively to make sure that the recipe was followed correctly and that all of the ingredients were measured accurately. We will soon know this recipe by heart, we make it so often!

Enrolling Your Child

For new enrolments, please go to www.oshclub.com.au. There you will find the 'Register Your Child' tab under the 'Families' tab. This will take you to the iParent Portal account sign up page. Once signed up, search for Mount Pleasant Road OSHClub under the 'Find a Place' tab and follow the instructions. Once your enrolment is complete it will be forwarded to the service for review.

Drop off and Pick Up Procedure

Parents are welcome onsite to drop off and collect children from OSHClub.

As part of our COVID-19 risk management plan, an OSHClub staff member will continue to sign children in and out on the iPad until further notice.

Cancellation of Bookings

IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an after school care session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:15pm.

We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive to after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident and will need to be referred to police.

As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!

Online bookings for each session close 24 hours in advance.
