Junior School Update

Term Two has been an action-packed period for us in the Junior School, with the entire team busy planning excursions, guest speakers, camps and lunch time activities. It has been wonderful to see our students actively participate in all of these events with great enthusiasm and maturity. 

At Junior School we always prioritise our year level themes (positive relationships, resilience, and gratitude) within our interactions with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community; we are fortunate to have a committed team who go the extra mile and demonstrate passion for their roles, whether it be planning these key events or supporting students in need. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Julio Acebron, Eleanor Smith, Nic Rees and Fiona Fuller for their exceptional work throughout Semester One. 

Sadly, we bid farewell to our beloved Administrative Support Officer, Fiona Fuller, who has been appointed to a position within the Careers team at Box Hill HS. Fiona has been in the Junior School for the last three years, where she has become our most valued and treasured member of the team. Her experience, humour, generosity, advice, and passion will be sorely missed. Thank you Fi!  

As we approach the holidays, we wish all our students a restful and recharged break. Take some time to get off the device, connect with friends and gear up for the fresh start that is Semester Two.
