Principal's Report

Thank you!

I think we need to look around us and be very proud of what we - as students, staff and the ACPS community have achieved in the last 18 months since I became Acting Principal. 

We need to be very proud of the way we have re-connected and supported each other to make ACPS the fantastic school it is today.

We completed the 4 year School Review and created the Strategic Plan going forward with lots of input from our community which will provide the direction we need.

Please look after our very precious community - we are unique at ACPS. It has been my privilege to be your leader.

Thank you to all our students for your resilience. Thank you to all our extremely hard working staff who are all here for the kids. Thanks also to our broader community of parents and carers - you are doing a great job raising our next generation.

I have had some really positive feedback about how calm our school is now. I appreciate every person who has come up and acknowledged the situation. 

It has been my privilege to be in this role. My teaching philosophy has always been to educate the whole child which goes way beyond academic results and I am passionate about this. It is all about being where the child is right now and working with them from that point.

Lets all remember to keep being kind and always be your best.

I wish Daniel Webber every success in the role.
