P&F Positions for 2023

President-position available.
This role is still available-either in a shared capacity or as a singular role. Your involvement would require attending monthly meetings at school and helping, together with other committee members, to plan, organise and implement fundraisers and social events for St Mary’s. Please let Clare know if you are interested or leave your name and contact details at the office.
We are also very keen for new parents/carers to join the p&f committee-please come along to our next meeting. All very welcome!
Toast
Toast is available each morning between 8:30am-8:50am prior to the commencement of the school day for those students who would like a piece before they begin their learning.
Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who enable this to happen! If you would like to volunteer, please let Clare, Jo or Krystal in the office know!
Friday Sushi Lunch Orders-Lunch Box Sushi Castlemaine
Sushi is available to be ordered for school lunch each Friday. Orders need to be placed and paid for online via the school lunch online website prior to 5pm each Thursday. Please note there has been a small increase in the price of sushi for the business to cover their expenses-sushi is now $3.50 per roll.
Second Hand School Uniforms
Second hand school uniforms are available at school if you are in need of any items.
If you have any good quality second hand items that you are happy to donate, please bring them along to the school office. Thank you!

Term 1 Student Special Lunch Day
Thank you to all the volunteers who helped cook and serve the yummy sausage sizzle lunch at school on the last day of term-it was a lovely ending to the first term and the students (and parents, families and teachers) very much enjoyed their special lunch!
Easter Raffle
A very big thank you to all of our school families who donated items to our annual Easter raffle-there were so many prizes to be shared within our school community. Congratulations to all the winners!
Thank you also goes to those who helped prepare the prizes and tickets for the big raffle!
The money raised from this fundraiser will go towards resources for our students-thank you for your support!
St Vinnies Easter Appeal
Thank you to everyone who donated items for this appeal-we’ve certainly seen the spirit of giving alive within our St Mary’s community! These items have been passed on and were very much appreciated. Thank you again!
St Mary’s BBQ & Cake Stall Fundraiser-Castlemaine Newsagent
Thank you to Jo & Dave for your wonderful organisation of this fundraiser and to all those who volunteered their time to work on the stall and/or donated sweets to sell on the stall-your support enabled this fundraiser to be a huge success. We raised just under $1,000-an amazing result! Thank you again for your support!

Class Parent/Carer Representative

Ladies Catch Up
This Sunday 7th May from 8:30am onwards at Saff’s Cafe Castlemaine-come along for breakfast or a cuppa and a chat.

Friday 12th May from 7pm onwards at school in the Buckley Room-down the outside stairs (next to the main school entry) and straight ahead. BYO drinks & snacks. Come along for a chat and watch the footy (Tigers v’s Cats).
