Principal's Message

Dear parents, students and families,

Thanks for the time families took in ensuring their children looked fantastic in school uniform for our photos last Friday. We tried to have all photos complete before the kids went out and had their first break so they were looking at their best!

On Monday our two 3/4 classes had an excursion to the Melbourne Museum which was enjoyed by all of them according to the cheers they gave me when I checked in with them at morning briefing. Hopefully an excursion like this adds to the learning they are currently doing in class as they are able to make the connections between their excursion and their class program.

Tomorrow, many of our Year 3-6 students will be participating in the District Track events at Ballam Park. I wish them all the very best with their activities and look forward to joining them for part of the morning. Next Friday 12 May some of our Year 3-6 students will represent the school in the District Field Events.

Next Tuesday, the 9 May, we will be having our annual Mothers' Day Celebration Morning. Thank you for those who have replied. Please RSVP if your are going to attend. On Wednesday 10 May the P & F will be holding the Mothers' Day Stall.

Some of our Student Leaders have a busy time with our Marine Ambassadors heading out on Wednesday with Mr Sullivan and our Fire Carriers heading to St Augustine's, Frankston South on Thursday as our Year 4 students who were appointed are commissioned in their leadership roles.

God Bless

Rod Shaw
