Program Update

Welcome back for Term 3! The July Vacation Care program was a great success: we have had increasing numbers over the last couple of Vacation Care programs and this one was the busiest yet – with some excursion days hitting around 40 children!

Highlights of the program included excursions to Laser Tag and Mini Golf; as well as fantastic incursions from Ninja Warriors Obstacle Course and Weird Science – children particularly enjoyed the Ninja Warrior obstacle course set up in the school hall  - children of all ages were able to challenge themselves physically and mentally and should be proud of the way they participated and supported others! Reminders to parents:

• Whilst the number of last minute bookings has reduced, the service is still experiencing a number of these bookings each week: as the service is staffed according to the number of booked children, meaning that last minute bookings may run the risk of the service being unable to accept your child for the session.
• Whilst the coordinator (Ben) is away on annual leave from the 25th of July to the 9th of August, we have managed to find several familiar faces to replace him – Jacob Hayles will be working Before School Care and Natalie Duvoisin, the previous coordinator of the service will be returning to cover After School Care. Both Jacob and Natalie are familiar with the school, children and families and are excited about providing care as coordinator in the coming weeks.

REMEMBER: Ensuring your children are booked to attend OSHClub helps us to cater for your children’s needs and ensure we have enough educators to look after your children.
