YEAR 7 STEM

A bubbly afternoon!

The year 7 STEM class focused on experimental design and science communication in the past few weeks.

The students practiced designing their own experiment and writing the different section of a practical report (Aim, Hypothesis, Methodology, Results, Discussion and Conclusions).

As part of this unit, the students reacted soft drinks with Mentos mints and investigated which type of soft drink (Coke or Coke No Sugar) will react with Mentos mints to produce the most bubbles. 

It was a very bubbly afternoon…
