Life Education Van

The Life Education educators Vanessa Coldrey and Sarah Windridge have conducted engaging and informative lessons with all classes over the past two weeks.  Students have participated in fun, interactive learning experiences that aimed to empower them to make safer and healthier choices.

Year 6 Portsea Camp

On a blustery, hot Thursday of last week I drove to Portsea to visit the Year 6 campers.  Whilst it was windy there, the temperature was a moderate 29 degrees due to the sea breeze. Checking in on arrival, the camp staff were quick to tell me that Greenvale kids and their teachers are exemplary!  I walked with a group down to Shellie Beach where they enjoyed body boarding in the small surf.  Returning to camp I watched students, teachers and a parent brave the Giant Swing.  After enjoying a fresh lunch of hamburgers and salad I drove back to Melbourne.
