In the Patch

We have had a dry Summer therefore, our produce from the vegie garden has been on the slim side. However, the corn grew with very little help and look at what we produced! At the moment we have some capsicums growing which Mrs Jarvis has tenderly cared for over the holidays. It won’t be long before we are able to taste these beauties.

Calling for seed and seedling donations…

If you have some leftover seeds or seedlings at home that you do not need and are prepared to donate to the school, we would be forever grateful. Going into Autumn/Winter we are looking for frost tolerant plants. Cauliflower, broccoli, English spinach, carrots, and beetroot would be ideal. Maybe you have some other more adventurous plants that you know will survive in our climate. Thank you in advance for your donations!
