P&F Raffle
On 11 November 2022, the Clayfield College P&F drew a raffle. Congratulations to Ticket #25 (initials SM), who is the lucky winner of Clayfield College Tuition Fees for 2023 (up to $22,000) or $15,000 in cash.
College Opening Hours – Christmas
This will be the final edition of The Collective for 2022. We wish all our families a happy and restful holiday over the Christmas break.
Please note that Clayfield College Reception will remain open until 4:00 pm on Wednesday 21 December. The College will be closed from Thursday 22 December to Monday 2 January (inclusive), and will re-open on Tuesday 3 January, 2023.
College Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop will be open until 1pm on 1 December 2022 for fittings and purchases. Next week from 5 December to 9 December the Uniform Shop will be open by appointment only.The Uniform Shop will reopen from 12 January 2023 by appointment only andwill recommence Term 1 Trading Hours from 23 January 2023. Online ordering will still be available during these times.

A reminder that Clayfield College will be partnering with The Uniform Company in the management of the Uniform Shop. The Uniform company is a Brisbane-based family owned company with over 50 years' experience in Australian schools uniforms.

Accessing Academic Reports
Academic Reports are due for release by 9 December 2022.
If your child is not continuing at Clayfield College in 2023, please ensure you download any Academic Reports from Parent Lounge by no later than 21 December 2022. After this time, you will no longer have access to Parent Lounge as part of our rollover process.
Clayfield College Students - Buses
Effective from Term One 2023, afternoon pick up location for school runs operated by Red and White Coaches, will revert back to the BAYVIEW TCE bus stop.
One (1) bus, Green Run, will depart at 3:22 pm with all school run passengers, to St Rita’s Oriel Rd interchange. Passengers for Yellow, Red, Orange and Pink Runs will need to change buses at St Rita’s.
Morning drop remains unchanged. Drop in Sandgate Rd Translink Stop.

Updated Parent Code of Conduct
A new Parent Code of Conduct has been added to the Policies section of the Clayfield College website. You can visit the Policies page by clicking here.
College App
The College app can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play stores - search for “Clayfield College”. The app is very important to download as this is our instant communication method to all parents/caregivers and students.
In the event of wet or extreme weather, any cancellations of co-curricular activities, sports training or matches, upcoming events will be communicated through the College app. Please check this regularly if poor weather looks imminent.
Enrolments
If you wish to withdraw your son or daughter from the College, or change their enrolment status, please refer to our Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations. Please provide notice in writing to our Deputy Principal – Head of Primary, Mrs. Audrey Fellowes via afellowes@clayfield.qld.edu.au, as well as the Enrolments Team via enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au.
A reminder that at least a term’s notice is required as per our Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations.
Please note that no action is required if your child is continuing next year.
