Birthing Kit Assembly Day

At the end of last term Health and Human Development Unit 3 & 4 students prepared 400 Birthing Kits.  This is a Birthing Kit Foundation Australia (BKFA) initiative which the students also contributed to by collecting small soap donations. 

Each consisted of a plastic sheet, gauze, blade, string, soap and gloves. Over a lunchtime on Footy Theme Day the students put the kids together which will be distributed by the BKFA to countries in need.
