The latest catalogue has been distributed to all students this week.
Please note that all orders need to be submitted to Scholastic by Friday, June 10.
This date is very important if you want to receive your order before the end of term.

Library Facts & Figures
The library continues to be very popular at lunch time and on timetabled class visits.
To-date there have been 457 new books added to the library and I am ordering more all the time.
I would like to send a huge vote of thanks to parent volunteers Tania, Jenny, Mel, Megan and Imogen who cover the library books for the school. Books are expensive and covering them extends their shelf life as they come in for some unfortunate treatment sometimes...
The Year 2/3 cohort is blazing a trail in number of loans with more than 600 books borrowed at the end of April. Congratulations to Djuna from 23F who was borrower of the month in February AND April and to Indi-Rose (46D) who won in March with 13 books borrowed.
As a school 1544 books have been borrowed to the end of April.
Library leaders Zephy, Hugo and Tolly are doing a great job helping out in the library at lunchtime. Shelving can be a bit tedious but as someone told me early in my librarian career "it's good for the soul". Not convinced but it is important.

Pictures and Pages is an independent bookshop that opened its doors in 2014. The shop is now nestled in the heart of Foleys Mall, Coburg. LeeAnn and Sharon (we) have made a comforting and welcome space for both adults and children.
