Year 8 students cooked different types of dishes during their FTEC lesson in Week 5. They prepared a dish for a client who had  a food allergy or intolerance. Students worked on this task for two weeks prior to their cook off, where they researched recipes, modified ingredients to suit their client, created a Coles food order and planned for the production. The photos are the culmination of their hard work and some amazing presentations.
