Carnival 2022- August 20

CARNIVAL PREPARATIONS

Carnival preparations continue and we are looking for volunteers to take on the following roles:

• OH&S Officer
• Food Safety Officer
• Electrician
• Raffle coordinator
• Media Coordinator 

Marketing and communications will commence soon as well. 

We are currently looking for anyone willing to host a billboard outside their house on Dandenong Road inbound, or Murrumbeena Road, for a 6 week campaign in the lead up to carnival on August 20.

JAM STALL DONATIONS

DO YOU HAVE ANY JAM MAKING SKILLS OR WANT TO LEARN?

We need to make jam, relishes and chutneys in small or large batches for the jam stall. If you are interested in helping, contact Lou and make a convenient time to cook with her, or Lou can deliver all the ingredients and empty jars to your home and you can do it in the comfort of your own home.

OTHER DONATIONS PLEASE

In preparation for the 2022 Murrumbeena School Carnival in August, we are collecting donated items for some stalls. 

We're looking for items in good condition:

-Preloved CLEAN clothes (no stains and new looking please)

-Books

-Toys

Collection boxes have been placed in the school lobby. Please leave your donated items in the boxes and stall coordinators will collect them.

Carnivals are always expensive to run so we are now seeking sponsorship. 

We are hoping that the families who are in a position to make a $1,000 donation can contact us to discuss the sponsorship package. 

We may also have families who work for companies who may be able to provide some financial support.
