From the Principal

Thank you to all those parents and students who have already provided their valued feedback to the Clayfield College Review questionnaires. This questionnaire forms an important part of our commitment to continuous improvement and provides us with feedback relating a wide range of areas around the College. The research is being conducted by MMG Education, a specialist education consultancy that works with schools in the areas of school strategic reviews and stakeholder satisfaction. MMG’s client schools include many of the leading schools across Australia.

It was discussed at the P&F meeting on Tuesday evening about the confidential nature of this questionnaire. To ensure confidentiality and to encourage frank and full expression of views:

• All responses are de-identified
• The data is only reported back in aggregated form
• All data collected by MMG Education will remain under its control and archived according to research protocols. The College will not be able to access it

At the conclusion of the research period, MMG Education will provide the College with a report. We will then provide opportunities for members of the College community to receive feedback from the research. When the MMG questionnaire was conducted in 2020 this feedback was provided through the 2020 Clayfield College Annual Report. This questionnaire provides the College with information about areas to enhance, opportunities to be considered and aspects of the College to be celebrated. It is an incredibly value tool to support the ongoing reflection of the operational and strategic priorities at the College.
