Professional Practice Day Program Thursday 10 June (No students required at school)

Into the Wild

Join us for a day of scavenger, treasure, and mini-beast hunts, build cubbies and dioramas, discover nature and animals, and test your survival skills with Supreme Incursions ‘Shelter Building’ incursion. Plus, lots of crafts and games

Bookings open Monday 9th May and close Friday 20th May at 6 pm. Bookings can be made online, see below for more information.

The fee is $65 before childcare subsidy, Childcare Subsidy (CCS) applies
Any cancellations after Friday 3rd June or non-attendance will incur a $30 fee
Open 7:15am – 6:00pm
Includes Breakfast (until 9 am) Morning and afternoon snacks. Children must bring a packed lunch and wear weather appropriate clothing
Due to bookings, staffing, and the changing nature of the pandemic, any incursions and activities planned are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations
Bookings can be canceled up until Friday the 3rd of June. To make a cancellation please inform Biz – E – Kidz via email at bizekidz@northmelbourneps.vic.edu.au
A $30.00 per child fee will be charged for any cancellations after Friday 3rd June or no-shows without a medical certificate or proof of positive COVID test.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:

Follow the link https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 or the bookings page of the Biz – E – Kidz section of the NMPS website
Click the ‘Apply’ button.
Log into your Smartcentral account using your email address as the log in or sign up for a new account if you are a first time Biz – E – Kidz user.
Click ‘Copy’ to begin your holiday program application.
Check all the information is correct and completed.
In the bookings section, select ‘vacation care’ from the drop-down menu and select your required days. Review your application and click submit.
Confirmations will be sent via email on the week beginning 23/5/22
Bookings close 20/5/22. Any applications made after this date will be confirmed within 3 working days and are subject to availability.
Any changes, cancellations and no shows after this date will incur a $30 per child per day fee

Allocation of places

After you have submitted a booking application, Biz – E – Kidz will email you a confirmation of a booking or place on the waiting list. Confirmations will be emailed in the week beginning 23rd May 2022

Fee Increase starting July

As of Monday 4th of July, Biz - E Kidz will increase its Before and After school care by $1.00 per session. The new fees will be:

Before School care: $11.00 per session
After School care: $20.00 per session

Biz - E - Kidz has an annual fee increase of $1.00 per session that will occur at the beginning of July every year. (please note, this is the first fee increase since 2019 due to COVID-19)

Autumn Holiday Program Stories

The Autumn Holiday Program at Biz-E-Kidz included a few exciting new things: preps' first time attending the Holiday Program, our second excursion since the pandemic started (to the Royal Park Nature Play Park), and a visit from a magician, as well as a few old favorites: a rocket-making incursion from Sean the Scientist, a visit from some exciting zoo animals, and a fabulous costume parade for Comic-Con.

We're currently (already) beginning planning the Winter Holiday Program, please let us know of any suggestions or feedback you have for us!
