VCAL Fitness Unit

The journey began at Star Fitness on Tuesday 10 May, with a session of Pilates. Lots of groans and achy bodies the following day but a lot of fun and worthwhile. Some students said never again but some were interested to make pilates part of their weekly routine and could see the health benefits! We have Pump, Cycle and Boxing to go. Well done team!
