Debating News

After two years of debating via Zoom, we resumed face-to-face combat at Bendigo Senior Secondary this month.

The Debating Co-curricular is strong, with 25 Juniors joining this year and an experienced and very able Senior team (Yrs 10-12)  of students to support them.

Debating at Girton not only builds public speaking skills, but develops confidence and equips students with skills in researching and developing an argument to support a particular point of view.  This group also offers connection with students across year levels, making it a vibrant and nurturing environment.

We look forward to the next Round in June.
