Wellbeing News

Last year, St Kevin’s received funding to implement the Respectful Relationships program. In the second half of last year I, along with Sonia Costa, participated in some training about the program and I am looking forward to implementing the program at St Kevin’s in 2022.

Respectful Relationships focuses on building resilience and healthy relationships where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Through a whole school approach to Respectful Relationships, St Kevin’s is committed to creating a school community where all staff, students and families are respected, valued and treated equitably.

All classes (Prep-6) will be using the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships teaching and learning materials during Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons.

In order to gather some baseline data, we are asking all staff, students and parents to complete an initial survey. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to complete this survey. Click the link below to access the survey. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your input is invaluable and will be used to guide our future direction.
