Principal Report

We have almost completed Term 3 2022. This means our Year 12 students have only a couple weeks left with us and our Year 11 students will start their HSC Year next term. 

Parents, Family, and Caregivers of Year 12 2022 students are invited to attend our annual Graduation Ceremony. Please see the invitation below. We hope to see you all there. Please be aware that due to the public holiday being held on Thursday 22/09/2022, Valedictory will be held on Wednesday 21/09/22. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I would like to congratulate and thank our SRC for their hard work and exceptional organisation of the School Social. You all worked cooperatively. I would like to thank all the teachers and staff who volunteered their time to supervise and also our P & C volunteers who cooked the BBQ. It was a terrific event that all involved should be proud of. 

The fence around the school will be completed this week. The new cover over the basketball courts has started this week and will most likely be completed by the end of the year. It is a great community asset. 

Congratulations to Barbara Baker and Donna Forrester who both have been appointed as permanent SASS members at Glen Innes High School after successfully completing the DoE interview process. Both of these ladies have a great commitment and understanding of our school. 

As the weather is beginning to warm, it is expected that all students wear full school uniform every day. If a student is out of uniform, a note from home should accompany them to explain. Don't forget the school offers assistance if needed. Thank you for your ongoing support.
