On Thursday the 1st of September our Junior Football Team competed in the State Final at Tony Sheehan Oval, against Rowville Secondary College. The Juniors came out firing and took control of the game. We continued to display a high level of footy and determination to bring home the flag. The Juniors demonstrated excellent support and teamwork, both on and off the ground. The game was highly competitive and close scoring game throughout. In the 4th quarter Zara Lanigan, completed a clean pick up to score a goal, putting MGC 4 points in front, with 4 minutes remaining.
