Prep Welcome Mass

On Sunday some of our Preps for 2023 attended the "Welcome Mass". At the mass they were formally welcomed as a member of the St Bedes Parish. The children were also presented with a cross.

Christmas Market

What a sensational evening we had last Friday! The weather could not have been better for our annual Christmas market. It was great to see so many people in attendance, including the new families for next year.  A huge thank you to the PA committee and in particular Pascal who coordinated the event.  I hope everyone enjoyed the evening. I believe the stall holders were very happy!!

Improvements to the Playground

Thank you to the PA and the wider community for the generous donation to improving our playground. Now that the final amount is known I will negotiate further with the playground companies to determine the best equipment for the space.

COVID19

In the email sent out earlier this week  you will have noted there are a number of staff and students who have tested positive to COVID 19. This has continued to be the case during the week. I ask that you please remain vigilant and test when any symptoms are evident. The school has an abundance of RATs so please contact the office if you require more.

As you are aware Ruby Harris and Chris Comand will be leaving St Bede's at the end of the year.

Also leaving  are Learning Support Officers Sam Galea, Emilie West, Livinia Mason and Rebecca Whale .

Madame Sarah has also decided to return to France for an extended visit before wanting to venture into studying teaching. We will thank each and everyone of them for their contribution to St Bede's at the appropriate time.
