Recycling right!

BACK since recycling bins were just a small black tub, the Climate Canons have been helping the College recycle right. Today the College recycles paper, cardboard, containers for change, pens, bottle tops, can ring pulls, blister packs, jars and so much more!

The Climate Canons have changed the way we view waste at the College, one piece at a time. On Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 November, the Climate Canons hosted lunch time activities and homeroom quizzes to inform, excite and encourage staff and students to think about their waste.

Thank you to all the students who came along at lunchtime and got involved in our quiz.

National Pollinator Week

AUSTRALIAN Pollinator Week acknowledges our important and unique insect pollinators during spring. The Climate Canons raised awareness of the importance of pollinators by hosting lunchtime activities and a homeroom quiz on Friday 18 November. Our BEEautiful bees encouraged students to come play educational games about pollinators and learn more about what we can do to help attract pollinators to our gardens.
