Our PBL focus for the next couple of weeks is across all expectation areas, Be Responsible, Be Respectful and Be Safe. We have tried to be mindful to cover all these areas as students move towards finishing the year up. The end of the year can be very tricky for many learners as they feel the anxiety for next year, new teachers, new classrooms. This might present in some challenging behaviours and some escalated moment. Our Staff are aware that this time of the year can be stressful and have great in-class and in playground strategies they use to defuse situations, if they arise. Above all, we promote kindness at Glenore Grove and we do this in our actions and our "school speak". This helps with understanding tricky situations in a different way and finding solutions to make everyone feel better, be better and do better.
