Two Pearls of Wisdom

两颗智慧的珍珠

The two pearls of wisdom have always stood out to me and have been useful to reinforce to all of my students during teaching, in their reports and in classrooms’ displays. I found this to be a very valuable lesson for each student and especially for the Year 12 students who have been subjected to an extremely difficult year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

I have reinforced the ethos of ;

Never Give Up = Perseverance 

and

Try Try Try & Try Again = Achievements.  

The second pearl is No Pain No Gain. 

I have seen many good examples of Year 12 students where they persevered with their studies and under a lot of pain because of the change of the teaching environment. They worked through the pain, hoping to get good results. I wish them all the best because they gave their best.
