Meet our 2021 Team Leader

Hi I'm Laura Butterworth, and I have recently been appointed the Extend Team Leader at USPS for 2021. 

Some of you may recognise my face, as I also fulfill the role of Education Support in the Year Five/Six classrooms of our school. Holding these dual roles will provide great benefit to the students who access the OSHC Program, as I am fully informed of events of the day and how these connect to our program at Extend OSHC. 

Leading an OSHC Service can present a great opportunity for me to assist our families to manage the complexities of schooling and working life. My role as the Team Leader is to balance the 'recreational' and 'educational' aspects of both before-school and after-school care. 

As I am very passionate about learning through play within the OSHC Program, I am so looking forward to fun and engaging opportunities and experiences for the students within our care. 

All students who attend our OSHC Program are provided with a nutritious breakfast in the morning, and a healthy afternoon snack from our wide menu (which aims to please all pallets).
