Lilydale High School has had the pleasure of running the MAT Program for the past 3 years, with great feedback from participants, families and staff.

Using therapeutic martial art training techniques, games and metaphors, this program delivers lessons on self-management, emotional regulation and confidence building.

Led by a MAT trained instructor, the program allows students to participate in-group discussions, team-building exercises and personal development challenges, that explore concepts such as; goals, peer pressure, strengths and respect.

The program will run at Lilydale High School for 1 period per week,  for 8 weeks over the term.

The cost is $80.

Places are limited, so if you are interested in your child participating in this program, please email Student Services at;
