School Photos

On the first day of the year your child will receive a letter and flyer detailing the process for school photos for 2016. As we have done over the past few years, orders are done on line or sent directly to the photographers, Arthur Reed Photos (ARP).

In order to have access to the online ordering system you need to have the school code listed on the flyer. ARP are working on the system currently and assure me it will be ready for ordering once you have the letter. Online orders will be taken up to Friday 12th February 2016 without an additional handling fee. Payment should not be made on the day of the photos.

School photographs will be taken on Tuesday 2nd February 2016. All students will need to be in their correct school summer uniform as we take the photos of all students, regardless of whether you are wishing to purchase a photo. We use these photos for a range of purposes throughout the year.

We do take family photographs for siblings attending Wantirna College on Tuesday 2nd February 2016. In order for the photographers to correctly match names and students they request that payment be made prior to 2pm on Monday 1st February. On the day photos will be taken during lunchtime. We will not be calling up students individually, they will need to come to the Theatre during lunchtime. The family portrait information is available from the Arthur Reed Photos website.

If students are absent on the 3rd February 2016 there will be an opportunity for their individual photo to be taken and added to the composite photos on Thursday 11th February 2016.
