My name is Paul Starkie, my wife and I run a diversified farming and earthmoving business near Manjimup. We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and focused individual who can keep off their phone to join us full-time for an immediate start (any time prior to December). 

Applicants will receive on-the-job learning and salary is negotiable depending upon performance, with plenty of upside for the right person. Opportunity to grow is present, as is the opportunity to work with earthmoving equipment on site. 

Our farming business grows seed potatoes for export and chips. The livestock enterprise includes sheep and cattle. Machine (tractor), fencing and livestock experience is desirable but not essential, but a good work ethic and attitude towards the job is not negotiable.
