Year 2

Students in Year 2 have been consolidating their reading skills for our family keywords. They played games in pairs and interacted positively with peers to help each other practise their language skills. They have also learned 3 new keyword for some animals - cat, mouse and dog. They are working hard at creating their own family trees in Japanese.

Year 3 and 4

Students in Years 3 and 4 have started to learn the keywords for different body parts. They have been introduce to the hiragana chart to commence recognising more hiragana characters. They also explored some mythical creatures from Japanese folktales and legends such as Kappa and Oni.
