Semester 1 reports will be published to parents on Friday 23rd June at 4.00pm
A reminder to parents that the Continuous Reporting for each student
- Year 7-10 Common Assessment Tasks (CATs)
- VCE Areas of Study (SACs & SATs)
- VCE VM (VM Learning Tasks)
is reported via Learning Tasks, throughout the semester. Parents and students should be accessing this feedback at the conclusion of each assessment in order to ensure students are able to reflect on their learning and work on strategies for improvement prior to the next assessment task.
This Continuous Reporting can be accessed via the Learning Task tab on your Parent Compass Page. These reports provide detailed feedback and include the following components:
Year 7-10 CATs
- Achievement Level
- Teacher feedback
- 5Ps
Year 10 Vocational Learning
- S/N – Achievement
- S/N – Attendance
- Teacher feedback
- 5Ps
VCE Area of Study
- S/N – Area of study
- Individual Outcome results (SAC/SAT)

VCE VM Learning Task

The Semester report is a summary of a student’s progress over the semester. These reports include:
Year 7-9
- Achievement Level for each CAT
- Victorian Curriculum levels
Year 10 (including 10 VCAL)
- Achievement Level for each CAT
- Victorian Curriculum levels
- Exam results (%)
VCE (Year 11)
- Unit 1 Satisfactory/ Non Satisfactory (S/N)
- Area of study S/N
- Exam results (%)
- Parkdale Study Score (/50)
VCE (Year 12)
- Unit 3 Satisfactory/ Non Satisfactory (S/N)
- Area of study S/N
VCE VM (Year 11 & 12)
- S/N – Achievement
- S/N – Attendance
- Unit Satisfactory/ Non Satisfactory/ Progressing (S/N/P)
We recommend parents download and save student reports each semester. Once a student has completed their studies at Parkdale Secondary College they are removed from Compass and the digital reports no longer accessible.
