Parents' Association

Thank you to all the parents and staff who attended our Term 1 Parents’ Association meeting on Monday. It was a very interesting meeting and lots of issues were discussed.

Our Principal Rob Henderson, gave an interesting update on the Master Plan building works that have begun, with some interesting discussion on how we are hoping to manage the parking and traffic management issues we are facing.

Our Vice Principal Kath Negus, shared some lesser known yet fascinating statistics about the results of our 2020 Year 12 cohort, which really underscored how well represented our students are in all aspects of their educational journey.

Our Head of Primary Antoinette De Pinto, shared updates on how key Primary events have been COVID proofed by clever alternative planning to ensure students don’t miss out on important rite of passage experiences.

Our Primary Convener, Emma Smith, summed up some of the challenges facing PALs as they negotiate the tricky line between parents using Social Media for communication and as an archive tool – and at the same time ensuring posts are secure and consistent with the College’s digital policy ethos.

If you missed out on attending this Term’s meeting make sure you put our future meeting dates in your diary – we have listed them below for your convenience.
