Clue, on stage (written by Jonathan Lynn)

Based on a popular board game, this comedy begins at a dinner party hosted by Mr Boddy, where he admits to blackmailing his visitors.  When Boddy turns up murdered, all are suspects and together they try to figure out who is the killer. The scene was set for a most entertaining night.

It was a fun show that was very well presented. The performances, lighting, sound and set changes were professional and clever. It is not unusual to have ex-students in key roles such as Assistant Directors but this time most of the cast was made up of students who have moved on to post-school life, given that rehearsals for this show began well before the 2020 Covid lockdown.

Congratulations to Peter Hodkinson, Linda Su and the team who included a number of past students for providing such a wonderful show. Thank you for your hard work and persistence in getting this show to the stage.

Thank you also to Peter Martin, Helen Briffa, Chris Henson and Mark Anderson for their contribution to the show.
