Arabic-Assyrian speaking parents meeting

The first parent meeting specifically for speakers of Arabic was held in Week 3, with plans to hold two to three meetings per term throughout 2021.  It was wonderful to welcome more than 30 parents to the meeting, and we hope the number of parents attending continues to increase.  Ms Naim from our Science faculty led the discussion, with much of the session focused on parents asking questions about school processes and how they can support their child’s education.

All Arabic-speaking parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Year 7 Meet the Teachers Barbecue

Thank you to all the parents who attended the Year 7 Meet the Teachers Barbecue in Week 5. It was a great opportunity for parents and teachers to meet to discuss how best to support students’ learning.
