A reminder that there has been a change to the College's Assessment Guidelines due to the recent escalation of student absence and missed assessments.
Short term changes were listed in last week's Newsletter and can be reviewed again at the link below. These changes will apply until further notice.
Basic information about NAPLAN is available HERE. Additional information can be accessed via the Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority's website.
Last week's Newsletter featured a very important update required for the 'NAP Locked down Broswer' app currently installed on student laptops. It is compulsory for all students to have this app installed to participate in the test. Steps to ensure the app is installed and updated was available in last weeks Newsletter (below).

Parents and caregivers are reminded about the very important Year 10 Parent Information Evening scheduled for Tuesday 10 May in the RNDM Theatre, commencing at 7:00pm. Parents and caregivers should make every effort to attend. Important information about WACE, ATAR and Year 11 and 12 pathways will be presented.
Years 11 and 12 Examinations commence on Monday 30 May and conclude on Monday 13 June. Examination timetables have been published and are available below.
Year 12 students studying one or more General courses are required to complete an Externally Set Task (EST), a 50 minute test set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). This test is worth 15% of a student’s final mark for the General subject.
The EST will be completed during Weeks 2, 3 and 4 of Term 2. Mr Tony Budas has sent an email to students and parents with more information and the EST Timetable for 2022.
