NCS Twilight Family Picnic - Please RSVP
We are all looking forward to connecting in fellowship together at the Twilight Family Picnic this coming Friday 25 March from 5.30-7.30pm!
The evening is designed to be a ‘come when you can and leave when you must’ event. There will be a free gourmet BBQ, barista coffee, drinks and gelato. Come and enjoy some old-fashioned picnic games that everyone can get involved in. Please make sure you wear comfortable clothes. The Twilight Picnic is a wonderful opportunity for current and new families to meet other school families within our NCS community. We would love to see all our families attend.
To help us arrange sufficient catering, and to plan for the Twilight Family Picnic, please RSVP by Wednesday 16 March using this form. Thank you.

NCS Cross Country - Wednesday 30 March
Primary 8.35am - 10.25am
Secondary 10:45am - 12.25pm
It’s that time of year again! For many parents/carers the term ‘cross country’ brings back fond memories. Your children have been practising hard and they are looking forward to showing off their running skills at this year’s cross country.
Uniform/equipment: Students will need to:
- wear their sports uniform and house buff bandanas
- they may change into suitable House coloured clothing for their races. (Nebo = green, Sinai = yellow, Zion = purple)
- come prepared with sunscreen, hat and a drink bottle
- be prepared for a variety of weather conditions, as the Cross Country will go ahead unless it is exceptionally wet
- bring to school their normal school equipment for their classes before and after the events
Spectators: Family members are warmly invited to attend! Spectators will not be required to enter via Reception. Instead, you can make your way directly to the spectator area. You will see signage and NCS staff who will direct you to the entry gate, located in the fenced area on the eastern side of the carpark near the vegetable garden. There will be a designated area for all spectators, positioned in such a way that will allow you to be close to all of the ‘action’. For your personal comfort, we do encourage you to consider bringing a fold-up chair or picnic blanket with you if you so desire. The Bearded Brewer Coffee Van will also be available in the morning.
COVID-19 safety: This is a COVID-safe event with additional protocols regarding safety, physical distancing and hygiene in place. Due to the rapidly changing COVID situation, this event may be subject to change at short notice. In accordance with our COVID-19 policy, students who are unwell are not permitted to attend school/school events.
It's going to be a great day, filled with competition, fun and community. An event not to be missed! See you there!
