Capital Works Update

Administration Building

Over the 2 weeks since our last Newsletter, there has been much crashing and bashing in Admin…

Some internal stud walls and bathroom/kitchen fittings have been demolished and scaffolding has been erected on the South and West sides.

It is timely to assure you that all works are fully Heritage Victoria approved. The exterior of the building will look very similar, albeit cleaner and tidier. Internally, no original features or walls are being removed.

Sports Arena

Just like painting where good preparation is the key to success – the same applies with our new all-weather Sports Arena.

All the work so far has been in preparing the ground to successfully cater for the new surface. Excitingly, just this week we saw progress above ground, when steel work was erected for the new secure equipment enclosure. Work was also undertaken to drill large holes and bury the cages which will hold the large light towers.

Scroll through the pictures below to see the progress.
