A time to reflect on your mental health
As we approach the end of Term 1, and look forward to the opportunity to rest and recover over the Easter holiday break, it is also an opportunity to reflect on your own state of mind and your mental health.
Each of us needs to take some personal responsibility for our health and sense of well being, and a holiday break is the ideal opportunity to STOP, REFLECT, and if necessary, ACT to seek help if you notice any signs of changes in your 1. emotions, 2. thoughts and 3. behaviours.
The attached checklist is a useful starting point for us all to consider, as our 'health is our wealth', and as such needs to be prioritised.
