School Photos 2023 – Caulfield Junior College
Annual school photos will be taken at Caulfield Junior College by Arthur Reed Photos on Thursday 30th March, 2023 with sibling photos taken on Friday 31st March 2023.
All students are to be present on both days. Please ensure your child is neat and tidy and in full, clean, correct uniform with hair tied back neatly. Please ensure your child is at school on time on school photo days.
Please also avoid taking your child out for appointments on photo days as the timetable is very tight and cannot be altered.
There is no need to return any forms or money to school.
Unique image codes will be issued to all students on/after photo day so families can register online to view images when they become available in the web shop.
Registration is simple, just follow the 3 simple steps on your child’s personalised flyer once you receive it and remember to add the codes for all your children attending this school.
Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do again this year using your child’s 2023 image code to link their images for the current year with your contact details.
When images are ready to view and in the web shop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email.
Once registered, please wait for notification that 2023 images are online to view before making your purchase.
Sibling photographs will be taken on Friday 31st March, between 8.15am and 10.30am.
VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.
We ask for your assistance by being on time. There are many photographs to be taken and we need to be very organized on the day.
- All siblings will be photographed.
- Photos will be taken in the Music room space.
- Students will be photographed as follows:
- Parents – as the Lightning Premiership is on the same day, the 5/6 students who have a sibling need to come early. There are approx. 70 families. Please be prompt. Enter via the *** "TeamKids gate". ***
The other 5/6 students can arrive at 8.50am like usual and go straight to their classroom.
- Year 5/6 families - Students with surnames A-F 8.15 am
- Year 5/6 families - Students with surnames G-N 8.30 am
- Year 5/6 families - Students with surnames O-W 8.40 am
- All other students arrive at normal time and head straight to their classroom.
Students absent from the main photo Day on Thursday 30th March, may have their portrait photo taken on Friday 31st March. Please let your child know and they can tell their teacher.
Please ensure your children are neat and tidy, with hair tied back, and in full school uniform on the day.
Jackets – We had a big jacket issue last sibling photo day. So many students left their jackets in the music room. DON’T wear jackets for sibling photos. Leave them with your bag please.
The students in the earlier group MUST enter CJC via the TeamKids gate (Gate 1 on Sebastopol Street) & meet at the World Map, where staff will be present for supervision. Students are required to register with staff and be ticked from a list.
All other students need to arrive at school as usual (8:50am) and head straight to their classroom.
