To our College Families,

As this article is being published, plans are commencing for our children and those in our care to transition back to school after what has been an unprecedented event in our lives and those whom we hold dear to us. While that journey has not ended, we as parents and caregivers, with the incredible support of our Principal, Wayne Wood and his team we now need to focus our energies on returning our children to the “normality” of school in whatever shape that may be.

Family Connect remains ready to support the students and families of the St Mary’s Community where we can and in partnership with the school, we are there to assist if and as necessary.  The school remains the first point of contact but rest assured Family Connect remain committed to our school community.

The balance of the 2020 school year will undoubtable present challenges to students, parents, carers and families but St Mary’s Catholic College has outstanding support in place if needed.  It would be remiss not to acknowledge the efforts of our College from our outstanding professional educators, exceptional support staff, committed Principal and the dedicated leadership team who have gotten us this far.

On a personal note, how they do it day in and day out; well my hat is off to them and I am sure you would agree, they are welcome to have our children back in their classrooms, the sooner the better!
