Hospitality

The Practical Classes for Hospitality are now taking place on Zoom.  Students have a recipe and they are cooking dishes in their kitchens at home.  Students will take photos and upload their completed dishes onto Canvas.  Recipes include damper, spaghetti puttanesca and eggs five ways.
