Also our Year 9 Gourmet Travellers, who 'stepped' off the plane in Mexico with a welcome Mexican Hot Chocolate, producing their own Chilli Con Carne and Beef Chimichangas. Their first stop was experiencing the tastes of our own backyard, including Wattleseed Damper, tasting native finger limes and producing Kangaroo pies. Next stop Italy!

Year 9 Robotics

Students have been exploring the Engineering Design Process and working in Design Teams. 

The second challenge was to design and construct a robotic gate that both stops a ball and whacks it back up the hill as far as possible. Olivia and Scarlett took out this challenge, maintaining their winning streak from challenge one.
