George Elliot Memorial scholarship

Eligibility: 2021 Year 9 or 10 and resides in the catchment area of Denmark Senior High School.

Albany Regional Commercial Horticulturists 

Eligibility: 2021 Year 10 student, current student of WACoA-Denmark.

Criteria: An interest in Horticulture. Refer to the application form which has been emailed to all parents.

KL & ML Bidstrup Scholarship

Eligibility: 2021 Year 10 or 11, current student WACoA-Denmark.

Criteria: Please explain how you would use the $500 worth of funding to undertake an extracurricular activity in the agriculture industry. Include the benefits you expect to receive and how this could be useful in the future.

WA Farmers Agriculture Ambassador Scholarship

Eligibility: 2021 Year 11 WACoA-Denmark.

Criteria: students who have a strong interest in the state’s agricultural industry and its future and who wish to be a junior representative for industry promotion.

Stirling to Coast Farmers

Eligibility: 2021 Year 11 ATAR WACoA-Denmark.

Criteria: A 500 – 1000-word essay addressing the following:

“How to encourage more people from a non-Ag background to be involved in the Agricultural sector?

Phillip Marshall Scholarship for Excellence in Horticulture

Eligibility: 2021 Year 11WACoA-Denmark.

Criteria: Have demonstrated a strong level of interest and performance in the College’s horticulture enterprise and are looking toward a career in the horticultural sector.

Brunswick Agencies Trade Scholarship

Eligibility: 2021 Year 11 WACoA-Denmark

Criteria: Intending to enrol in the Year 12 trades program in 2022.

Neville Munns Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility 2021 Year 11 or 12 WACoA-Denmark.

Criteria: who shows outstanding interest and potential in the area of sheep and wool handling or shearing and/or shed handing. Students need to have demonstrated an aptitude and ability in shearing, shed handing or wool handling and be interested in a career in sheep and wool.

Murdoch University - George Alexander Foundation Scholarship

I would like to alert you to Scholarships available for regional and remote students who are considering commencing their university studies in 2022. Murdoch University is proud to offer the George Alexander Foundation Scholarship.  The scholarship value is $24,000 and is awarded to high performing regional and remote students. We have seven to award each year. Applications will open on 20th Sep 2021.

The Tertiary Access Payment Program is a $5000 scholarship for outer regional and remote students to support their relocation to Perth to attend uni. The TAPP is a means tested scholarship, and we will have multiple scholarships to award. Applications for Semester 1, 2022 will formally open on 6th Sep 2021.
