Jump Rope for Heart

As the term progresses and whilst we are in lockdown,  students are encouraged to keep practicing at home!

Sacred Heart Students will complete this program by the end of term. If you have collected any cash for this cause, you can send it to school any time that suits you from now until the end of term.

If you elected to do the online format, you can submit your fundraised online.

Thank you for your support in the Jump Rope for Heart Program.

Athletics

Due to current restrictions and the possibility of zone being cancelled under current or future restrictions, schools are requested to measure and record event results, in case Zone goes ahead in early October. It has been a school based decision to complete Athletics if we are back at school on the 3rd September. At this stage we are unable to have Parents/Carers in attendance however we will inform you if this changes.

School Fees

School Fee Statements were mailed out last month. Parent’s and carers are respectfully reminded that it is imperative that fees are paid for throughout the year, either in termly instalments, regular deposits or as a lump sum.

Direct Debits are strongly encouraged to assist with the payment of school fees. Please be aware we now have new banking details and kindly request you amend your records to ensure your payments are credited into the correct account.

We will continue to have the previous Westpac account open until 1st September 2021.

QR Codes when entering School

This communication is to provide you with important information about a new update on the health directions under which all schools will be required to operate.

The use of Service Victoria QR codes for electronic record keeping is mandatory for all workplaces to enable the effective contact tracing of any COVID-19 cases.

This now includes all education sector workplaces, including schools.

QR codes will be required to be used by:  all parents who enter buildings when on the school site  all visitors, including contractors, external Catholic Education staff and building and maintenance staff.

If you are required to enter buildings on school grounds, for whatever purpose, you are required to use the QR code check-in located within the ADMIN building.

Thank you for your support and understanding of this important health direction.

School Supervision and Parent Drop off

Just a friendly reminder for Parents and Carers, that students are not allowed access to school grounds and buildings before 8:30am as there is no active supervision before this time. Children who do arrive before this time will have their Parents or Carers called to come and collect. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
