YEAR 12 2018
During the month of February Ms Debbie Bell and Mrs Fiona Pike will be meeting with each Year 12 student. The ‘get to know you appointments’ will include a subject audit to establish pre requisite compliance for future study and/or work related pathways.
This is a time for students to be reassured and set the tone for a positive year ahead.
YEAR 12 COHORT - 2017
St Joseph’s College is proud to communicate that a total of 76 students made further study applications to Victorian Tertiary Admission Centre (VTAC).
21 of the 76 had a second application in South Australia. 69 out of 76 were successful in receiving a first round offer in Victoria. 6 out of 7 who did not receive a first round offer in Victoria did so in South Australia.
Out of the 21 who applied to South Australia, five were unsuccessful in receiving a first round offer, however four of the five received an offer in Victoria.
There were a total of 13 students who were successful in receiving first round offers in both Victoria and South Australia.
The College also have a number of students who secured apprenticeships in the trade areas and one student who has been successful in application to the Victorian Police Force.

In order to showcase past student stories within a careers context Ms Bell, Careers Counsellor, is seeking names of past students who would be willing to share their career journeys with the current student population through newsletter articles.
