Change to Operating Hours
Biz – E - Kidz will trial opening before school care at 7:15 am (instead of the current 7:30 am) beginning Monday 2nd December until Friday 20th December.
If there is enough consistent demand, we will change the hours to 7:15 opening from the beginning of the 2020 school year.
2020 Bookings open this Friday
Biz – E – Kidz will begin an online enrolment and booking process for 2020. We hope that this will alleviate the stress for families around re-enrolment time, give greater access to families and streamline the enrolment and booking process. Paper enrolment and booking forms will be available but we encourage all families to use the online system.
2020 Enrolments and bookings timeline:
Wednesday 20/11:
NEW FAMILIES : online enrolment will commence by following the link https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 Paper forms will be available at Biz – E – Kidz and prep information session. Families will have access to the enrolment application but will not be able to submit a booking request until Friday 22/11/19 and should not submit their application for enrolment before then.
EXISTING FAMILIES:
Online re-enrolment will commence with a link emailed to families. Paper forms will be available at Biz – E – Kidz and prep information session. Families will have access to the reenrolment but will not be able to submit a booking request until Friday 22/11/19 and should not submit their application for enrolment before then.
Friday 22/11: Before and aftercare bookings open and can be made via Smartcentral portal or using a paper enrolment and booking form. If using a paper form, please hand into Sharon, Ace or Libby at Biz - E - Kidz
Friday 29/11: Before and aftercare bookings close. Bookings can be made after this date but will not be eligible for the first round of priority of access. First week of December: Bookings will be confirmed via email or mail.
Friday 13/12: All outstanding Biz – E – Kidz fees are due to be eligible for 2020 booking. New families do not owe any fees until commencement of care in 2020.
2020 Summer Holiday Program bookings open this Friday
Biz – E – Kidz will be running a holiday program in January 2020, Attached to the newsletter is a copy of our program plan. Please make note of the following important dates:
Summer Holiday Program Dates: Monday January 13th – Tuesday 28th January. Closed on Monday 27th of January for Australia Day Public Holiday
Holiday Program Bookings open: Friday 22nd November. Bookings can be made by handing the booking form to Sharon, Ace, Libby Indi or Toby at Biz – E – Kidz.
Holiday program bookings close: Friday 29th November. Bookings can be made after this date but will miss out on the first round of priority of access.
Holiday Program confirmations: First week of December. Confirmations will be mailed along with deposits due
Holiday program deposits due: Friday 13th December. All holiday program deposits along with all outstanding before and after school care fees are due
Biz – E – Kidz Summer holiday Closure
Biz – E – Kidz will be closed for the summer holiday season from Monday 23rd December to Friday 10th January.
