Sub School News

The last week of Term 2 was a busy one! Rugby Academy students were given the opportunity to referee at a tournament locally to fulfil their training requirements. Our shortlisted students attended the Lynbrook Village art competition lunch at Suburban Burger. Our Performing Arts team visited Cranbourne Home to put on a show of dance and song for visitors and on the last day of term, VCAL students hosted a multi-cultural day.

The multi-cultural day was a celebration of cultures and part of a term long topic Year 12 VCAL students had been working on. You can read more about it further on in the newsletter.

In Term 3, Year 9, 10 and 11 students will be selecting their courses and participating in course counselling meetings with our careers team. All families and senior school students must ensure your appointment times are booked via Compass.

A number of excursions have already taken place since coming back and more are scheduled in the coming weeks including Science specific visits, the Arts & English and various sporting activities. Students are reminded about compass consent on time, wearing appropriate clothing and uniform, expected behaviour and conduct. With so much to look forward to in Term 3, here's to a great 9 weeks ahead!

Uniform Reminder

As the weather is still quite cold, a reminder that wearing the correct school uniform is compulsory. Non school uniform items including jewellery and piercings, not listed in the dress code policy, will be confiscated.

Hooded jumpers are not to be worn at any time and running shoes are only to be worn on PE/Gym days. (including Academy if students are in a sporting Academy)
