Self Portrait Task Showcase.

Last week, Year 7 and 8 classes completed a self-portrait task for Art.  The students seemed to really enjoy the task and as you can see from the selection  shown, we have some outstanding talent at our College.

Food Studies @ Home

All our Food Studies students have been whipping up creations at home; no doubt all appreciated by their families.

Breakfast by Year 8

Dakota S treated her brother Tyson to this delicious looking breakfast, while Isabel  G chose cheesy scrambled eggs with bacon and pancakes as well as healthy smoothies shown in the second image.

Year 11 Comfort Food

Year 11 Food Studies class last Friday made Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding in 2 periods and decorated them beautifully. The pudding recipe was selected as an example of a comfort food to help with the new world we are living in.

This is truly a time when the benefits of Food Studies becomes apparent. Well done to all our students creating beautiful and healthy meals at home.  Look out for more inspiration in the weeks to come.
