Mother’s Day Poem

Our Mum’s mean so much to us all,

Be sure to look after them on Sunday,

Be at their every beck and call!

Encourage them to pop their feet up & relax,

Offer them a book, a blanket, a biscuit, and cuppa,

The order of the day is to relax to the max.

It’s their day let them do what they please,

Let them sleep in or let them sit down,

You do the work, make your Mum feel at ease.

Make them breakfast, lunch, or even dinner,

Bacon and eggs, scones, jam and cream, a yummy

Roast it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner!

Don’t forget to get her a wonderful gift,

With lots of her favourite things like chocolate and

Flowers so her spirits will lift!
