Our Year Nine students continue to investigate the role of nutrients in our diet. Term Two has started by looking at fat as a macronutrient, the types that appear in food, and how to choose healthy fats and/or oils to use when producing recipes. Students made homemade tartare sauce to accompany healthy, homemade fish fingers and potato wedges.
